Site visit

If needed, we will make an appointment and we come to your home free of charge and without obligation, our technician partner will visit your house in order to get the most suitable offer for you.

We will prepare this initial breakdown budget, divided by items, detailing the work to be carried out and the materials to be used, so that the client is very clear, from the beginning, about all the variables and the price separately.

We will send you the quote by email. This way, you will always have THE OPTION TO DECIDE AND MODIFY based on your financial capabilities.

Offer

As soon as the doubts are resolved and everything is clear, the contract will be signed and we will help you choose a financing option best for you. 

The contract will include the start and the end date of the work.

Payment plan and contract signing

Work

On the agreed date the work will begin. A construction license will be filed.

We will hold periodic meetings and inform you about what has been done and the progress of the works.

With the completion of the work, we will proceed to clean the areas affected by the renovation and you can begin to enjoy your new home.

Legalization and subsidies for your solar panels

Once the work is done, we will file for legalization with the Ministry of Industry for you.

We will also take care of government grants you may have.

The end of the process does not mean that we will forget about you!
